field day

Field day is a 45-60 minute outdoor speed and agility workout with a focus on improving movement for athletes of every level.

Workouts are coached by Craig and take place in NW DC.

Interested in a private field day?

One-on-one and small group speed & agility sessions are also available for two, three, and four persons.

Rates vary with group size.
